品脉数控PN320电子开料锯是一款高精度、高效率，适合家具行业批量化生产的板材切
割设备。设备操作简单，只需将加工数据导入到控制系统，将所需要加工的板材放置在
工作台，点击启动按钮，即可由设备完成对需要加工的板材进行精准裁切。设备可与多
种家具设计拆单软件进行对接，配合封边机、数控六面钻完成板材切割、打孔、开槽等
家具生产整套工艺,特别适合办公家具以及定制家具工程单批量化生产。


床身设计

机身优选厚壁方钢，经过激光机下料、机器人焊接、退火、喷砂、五面铣精铣加工、喷塑等高端工艺处理，有效保证设备长期稳定运行。

裹胶双指夹钳

八套裹胶双指夹钳，抓料稳准有力，有效防止板材划伤。

8 sets of rubber-coated double-finger clamps, with stable and accurate grip, effectively preventing the damage of the material sheets.

核心传动机构

机械机械手采用高精度减速机和齿轮齿条传动，切板精度高。
